Precious Little Baby Dust Terms & Conditions
By placing an order with Precious Little Baby Dust you are accepting our seller terms and conditions under Seller and English law.

Deposits on preorders
All deposits paid on Preorders are non refundable. If for any reason you cannot go ahead with your purchase we will not be able to refund your initial deposit amount, swap your preorder payment for credit or for another preorder. Shipping is not charged on deposit only preorders, the shipping will be applied to the final invoice when the kit is in stock.

Balance Payments on Preorder
We will email you with the link to complete your payment for the kit, as soon as we receive notice from the artist that the kits will soon be ready. This will give everyone plenty of notice to get the funds together to pay for the balance owed.
All balances must be paid for within 2 weeks of the kits becoming stocked, or the projected date of delivery stated in the email, whichever is later.
The projected date on delivery is an estimation made by PLBD based on the information given fro the artist or factory. This is NOT A definite date and PLBD cannot be held responsible for any delays o production. This date is purely to give buyers a definitive idea of the earliest point that the 2 weeks payment deadline starts.

If you think you will struggle to make the payment within this time frame then please contact us to arrange to time that is suitable to you. Any preorders unpaid within 2 weeks of this time, where we have had no communication from the buyer, will be released back into the cart.

Completing your preorder early
We have added a preorder completion section to the kits part of the website, to allow people to complete payment on a preordered kit prematurely, as that is suitable financially for you. If you wish to complete your preorder before the invoice is sent out, please ensure that you only add this item to your basket. This is to make sure that the shipping calculated is correct for the delivery of your kit. Any items added to the basket at the same time as your preorder completion will not be sent out until your kit is in stock and ready to ship.

Free shipping
Free shipping is available on kits and DVDs only. Any other items ordered alongside these 'free shipping' items will be subject to the usual shipping charges per weight and size of the parcel.

Discounts
PLBD is not currently offering the discounts and loyalty points we have in the past. This is due to the smaller stock load and to keep things simple for the time being. When we open up fully in the summer we will include our usual discounts and points!

Delivery Terms and Conditions
We calculate our shipping by weight and use the Royal Mail Postal service to get your goods to you in good time. By using the weights of the products, the postage you are charged will almost always be the exact shipping costs. However is some cases, parcels can be a little cheaper (as well as more expensive) to post but we do not have the time to check every parcel's postal charges against the postal costs charged originally. So, if you are ever charged more than the actual cost of your parcel, we welcome you to email for a refund of the difference.

We ship orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Orders will be shipped out on the next available shipping day. Orders placed before 2pm on Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be dispatched that day. PLBD will always do our best to get your items to you as quickly as possible however we cannot be held responsible for dispatch delays on occasions. You will receive your tracking number by email when you item has been dispatched, this email is system generated, if you have not received your shipping notification you can log into your account to check on your orders. On occasion there may be a delay in us entering your tracking number, please in this instance allow us some time to update your order.

All UK parcels are sent 1st Class Recorded and receipts are kept with proof of delivery. Please note although Recorded comes with a barcode, the parcels are only trackable in the event that they have been undelivered and are waiting for collection at your local depot. Royal Mail advise allowing 1-3 working days for delivery to UK All international parcels will be sent via International signed for Standard Airmail and receipts are kept with proof of delivery. Please note although Recorded comes with a barcode, the parcels are only trackable in the event that they have been undelivered and are waiting at your local Postal depot. Royal Mail advise allowing up to 5-7 working days for delivery to Europe, although parcels are deemed as still in transit for up to 4 after posting. Royal Mail advise allowing up to 7-10 working days for delivery worldwide, although parcels are deemed as still in transit for up to 6 weeks after posting. Delivery times given are estimates only, and we cannot be held responsible for carrier delays.
Please note we are required to give the couriers 24 hours notice before they can collect any parcels, please take this into account when estimating your shipping time.


Loss, Damage and Faulty Items
All parcels are checked for contents and quality before they are dispatched. Weights are recorded to ensure all parcels contain every ordered item. In the unlikely event that part of your order should be missing or, faulty, damaged or unfit for purpose please contact us within 3 days of receipt of the parcel. Claims received after 3 days of receipt can not be accepted. You must retain all damaged/faulty items and the packing should we need to carry out an inspection and claim. If the goods and packaging are not available for inspection the claim will be rejected and you will be liable for the cost of the damaged goods. Please ensure you send the item within 7 days of requesting your refund.


Returning Goods
We are willing to exchange and refund items you have ordered in error or no longer want. All goods must be returned in their original packaging and in the original condtion, unopened and complete. Delivery charges for delivering the goods to you in the first instance and any delivery charges for returning the goods to us are not refundable. If you are returning goods that were delivered using our Free Delivery offer, then our cost for delivering the goods to you in the first place is payable by you the buyer.
Refunds for faulty items will only be given if an item cannot be replaced. If the buyer decides they would rather have a refund instead of a replacement then only the cost of the item is refundable and only once the item has been received back to us in its unopened, unused condition, the postage cost for receiving and returning the item is not refundable. Do not return goods without contacting us first enquiries@preciouslittlebabydust.com, otherwise your return will be rejected.


Postage
All parcels are sent with Royal Mail or DHL couriers, for heavier orders. All deliveries are fully covered by insurance that is equal to or more than your parcels value. Shipping within the UK takes approx 1-2 days Shipping within Europe takes approx 5 days Shipping to the rest of the world takes 7-10 days. We cannot be held responsible for any shipping delays, we try to post all packages out the following day after your order has been paid for, we will do all we can to help you track and claim for your parcel should it become lots or delayed.
